SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you have purchased a non-3D-printed physical product from HYBRID ARMORY (barrel, hop-up bucking, etc.), please allow 1 week for it to be shipped. From there, it will depend on which country you are in.
If you have purchased a 3D printed product (for example, full kits), it may take at least one week or longer for all the parts of the product to be manufactured and shipped. However, you will be contacted regularly to ensure you stay up to date on progress.
If you have purchased digital goods (for example, DLC upgrades), you should receive a download link via email soon after completing the purchase.
As HYBRID ARMORY operates from the UK, domestic orders should take a couple of days at most. For the rest of the world, it may take at least a week or longer, and may also be subject to customs, so please be aware of that.
If you are unsatisfied with a physical product purchased from HYBRID ARMORY, you can request a refund via the contact form on the right. Please use an email I can reply back to, along with further details on why you are wanting a refund, and we can discuss a resolution from there.
In addition, you will be responsible for your own shipping packaging and costs.
However, there will be no refunds on digital goods (for example, purchased DLC Upgrades).
If you have a problem with your order, for example, something is missing, or parts are broken upon arrival, please use the contact form on the right, stating the details of the problem and I will do what I can to resolve it.
